Welcome to Turf War! By accessing or using our game, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use Turf War and uninstall the app.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Turf War, you confirm that you:

2. Gameplay & Fair Use

• Local Multiplayer Only: Turf War is designed for outdoor, real-world play. Play responsibly.
• Respect Boundaries: Do not trespass on private property or restricted areas.
• No Cheating: Using GPS spoofing, unauthorized mods, exploits, or automation is strictly prohibited.
• Safety First: Be aware of your surroundings, traffic, and obstacles while playing. We are not responsible for accidents or injuries.
• Follow all laws: Do not break the law while using Turf War.

3. Premium Membership & Purchases

• Subscription Model: Turf War offers a Premium Membership with benefits like ad-free gameplay, dark mode, and dynamic themes.
• Billing & Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
• No Refunds: All purchases are considered final and non-refundable, except where required by law, however you may request a refund by emailing the support email.
• Modifications: We may update pricing, features, or plans with prior notice.

4. User Conduct & Content

By using Turf War, you agree to:

• Respect other players and avoid harassment, threats, or offensive behavior.
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the game's services.
• Not share or upload illegal, offensive, or harmful content related to Turf War.

5. Limitation of Liability

Play at Your Own Risk: Turf War is intended to be an outdoor, movement-based game. You are responsible for your safety while playing.

No Liability for Property Damage or Injuries: We are not responsible for any personal injuries, accidents, or property damage resulting from gameplay.

Service Availability: We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to Turf War. Turf War and it's service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranty of any kind. Without limiting this, we expressly disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied or statutory, regarding the Website and the Service including without limitation any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, security, accuracy and non-infringement.

6. Termination & Account Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if:

• You violate these Terms or cheat.
• You engage in harmful, illegal, or disruptive behavior.
• The game is discontinued for any reason.
• For any reason.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you via the app or email. Continued use of Turf War after updates means you accept the new Terms.
