Turf War is created, developed, maintained, and owned by Karson Odette. This policy is used to inform users of Turf War and perspective users of Turf War's policies pertaining to the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information. Turf War will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy.

After launching the app for the first time, you will be presented with a consent dialog. What personal data Turf War shares is decided by you at this stage. Turf War uses Google Play Games services. Turf Wars gets a user id, user display name, and profile picture from these services. Your display name and profile picture may be shared with other users in the same lobby/game as you for functionality purposes. Your user id may be collected for analytics purposes if consent is granted.
Turf War is a game played using your real world location, provided by your device's GPS. Your location will be shared with other users in the same lobby/game as you. Your location will be shared with Google via Firebase for game funcationality purposes. Your location may be shared with Google via Firebase Analytics for analytics purposes is consent is granted. Location is only shared while the app is open.
Turf War collects and shares analytics, metrics, app interactions, user location, and user ids with Google via Firebase if consent to do so was granted.
Turf War serves ads from Google via AdMob. The information shared is limited to what you grant consent for.
These Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. Turf War does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. In the case Turf War discovers that a child under 13 has provided Turf War with personal information, Turf War will immediately delete this from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that I will be able to do necessary actions.
Turf War may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. Turf War will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page. These changes are effective immediately after they are posted on this page.
