Q: What data remains after I delete my account?

A: Your account information, profile, the songs you created, and your social activity (follows and favorites) are removed from TuneKing. Copies of public songs that other users have already downloaded or shared may remain outside of our control, and some information may be retained where required by law.

Q: Will I lose my unused credits if I delete my account?

A: Yes. Credits are part of your user record and are forfeited when your account is deleted.

Q: What happens to my subscription?

A: Deleting your account does not automatically cancel a subscription billed through your app store. Please cancel your subscription through your app store settings to avoid further charges.

Q: Can I delete an individual song without deleting my account?

A: Yes. You can remove an individual song from within the app while keeping your account.
