NanoSpark - Terms of Service

Welcome to NanoSpark By accessing or using our app, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use NanoSpark and uninstall the app.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using NanoSpark, you confirm that you:

• Are at least 13 years old (or meet the minimum age required in your country).
• Agree to follow these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
• Accept that violating these terms may result in suspension termination of your access to the app, or any other action pursuant to law.

2. General Use

• Google's Prohibited AI Use Policy: You agree to adhere by Google's AI prohibited use policies when using NanoEdit.
• Age Appropriate Content: You agree to only generate images that are appropriate and do not violate any laws or regulations. Inappropriate content or images are against the Terms of Use. In the case that an inappropriate image is generated, you may report it to us in the app.
• Abnormal or spammy use: You agree not to generate images at a high rate. There should be at least one minute between each generation.
• One generation at a time: You agree to only generate one image generation at a time.

3. Purchases

• Credits: Acquisition of credits requires purchase. Credits are used to generate images
• No Refunds: All purchases are considered final and non-refundable, except where required by law, however you may request a refund by emailing the support email.
• Modifications: We may update pricing, features, credit costs, or plans with prior notice.

4. Content and Usage

• Your Content: You retain all rights to images you upload and generate using NanoSpark. We do not store any images off of your device.
• Use at Your Own Risk: NanoSpark is for entertainment and creative purposes. You are solely responsible for the content you create and share.
• No Guarantee: We do not guarantee the quality, accuracy, or suitability of generated images for any particular purpose.

5. Limitation of Liability

Service Availability: We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to NanoSpark. NanoSpark and it's service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranty of any kind. Without limiting this, we expressly disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied or statutory, regarding the Website and the Service including without limitation any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, security, accuracy and non-infringement.

6. Termination & Account Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if:

• You violate these Terms.
• You engage in harmful, illegal, or disruptive behavior.
• The app or it's service is discontinued for any reason.
• For any reason.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of NanoSpark after updates means you accept the new Terms.
