Welcome to ExerStory By accessing or using our app, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use ExerStory and uninstall the app.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using ExerStory, you confirm that you:

• Are at least 13 years old (or meet the minimum age required in your country).
• Agree to follow these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
• Accept that violating these terms may result in suspension or termination of your access to the app.

2. General Use

• Age Appropriate Content: You agree to only create workout stories that are appropriate and do not violate any laws or regulations. Inappropriate content or topics are against the Terms of Use.
• Abnormal or spammy use: You agree not to create stories at a high rate. There should be at least one minute between each generation.
• One story at a time: You agree to only generate one story at a time.

3. Premium Membership & Purchases

• Subscription Model: ExerStory offers a Premium Membership with benefits
• Billing & Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
• No Refunds: All purchases are considered final and non-refundable, except where required by law, however you may request a refund by emailing the support email.
• Modifications: We may update pricing, features, or plans with prior notice.

4. Health and Safety

• Consult a Professional: Before starting any exercise program, consult with a healthcare provider or fitness professional, especially if you have any pre-existing medical conditions.
• Use at Your Own Risk: ExerStory is for entertainment and fitness motivation purposes. You are solely responsible for your safety during workouts. Stop immediately if you experience pain, dizziness, or discomfort.
• Not Medical Advice: ExerStory does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The exercises suggested are general fitness activities and may not be suitable for everyone.

5. Limitation of Liability

Service Availability: We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to ExerStory. ExerStory and it's service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranty of any kind. Without limiting this, we expressly disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied or statutory, regarding the Website and the Service including without limitation any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, security, accuracy and non-infringement.

6. Termination & Account Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if:

• You violate these Terms.
• You engage in harmful, illegal, or disruptive behavior.
• The app or it's service is discontinued for any reason.
• For any reason.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of ExerStory after updates means you accept the new Terms.
